Rules for using EFOTUNE distribution and the Discover listener review program.
Welcome to EFOTUNE, operated by Efotune LLC. These Terms govern your use of efotune.com, our distribution services, and the Discover listener review program. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

EFOTUNE provides digital music distribution to streaming platforms and stores, artist support services, and a Discover program where registered listeners may preview music, complete review orders, and earn rewards according to published rules.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering or submitting releases.
Artists retain ownership of their masters unless otherwise agreed in writing for a specific project. You represent that you have the rights to distribute and license all content you upload. You grant EFOTUNE only the rights necessary to deliver your music to partner stores and operate the platform.
Review orders must be completed in full according to the rules published at /review-program. Partial completion does not qualify for payment. EFOTUNE may suspend accounts that submit fraudulent, automated, or misleading reviews.
You may not use the platform for unlawful purposes, to upload infringing content, to circumvent security measures, or to distribute malware. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Efotune LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Efotune LLC is registered at 30 N Gould St # 61941, Sheridan, WY 82801.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. The current version is always available at /terms.
